These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of szworld.biz and the consulting services provided by SZ WORLD LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Engagement and scope
Each service has the scope, deliverables, delivery time and fee described on our website or in a written quote. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement and fee. Submitting a contact form does not create a client engagement; an engagement begins when we confirm it in writing and receive payment.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are stated in US dollars and are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Government or third-party fees are separate and passed through at cost. Prices may change, but the fee confirmed for your engagement will not change without your agreement.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and timely information and documents
- Review all returns and applications before approving submission
- Keep copies of your records and meet deadlines communicated to you
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Delivery times begin once we receive complete information.
5. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee any particular result, including refund amounts, ITIN approvals, acceptance of filings, or processing times. Decisions are made by the IRS and other agencies.
6. Confidentiality
We keep your information confidential and use it only to deliver our services, subject to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fee you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for penalties, interest or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provided or from decisions of government agencies.

Website content is for general information only and is not tax or legal advice for your specific situation. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or copy content for commercial use without permission.
10. Termination
Either party may end an engagement by written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable, and any refund is handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you book a service applies to that engagement.
